Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking an appointment with Barber At Your Door. By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Our Services
Barber At Your Door is a mobile barbering service operating throughout South Florida, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. We travel to your home, office, or private event to provide professional haircuts and grooming services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only when:
- —You receive written or verbal confirmation from us, and
- —Your required deposit has been received.
We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to confirm availability and arrange payment of your deposit.
3. Pricing & Payment
- —Our current pricing is listed on our Services page and is subject to change without prior notice.
- —A 25% deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
- —The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
- —Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
- —Prices for events and multi-person bookings are quoted individually. Contact us for a custom quote.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our full cancellation and rescheduling policy is detailed on our Cancellation Policy page. In summary:
- —Cancellations with at least 4 hours' notice are eligible for a full deposit refund or reschedule.
- —Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
5. Service Location Requirements
To provide you with the best possible experience, we ask that:
- —The service area is reasonably clean, well-lit, and safely accessible.
- —A sturdy chair is available (we bring our own tools and supplies).
- —Adequate space is available for the barber to work safely.
- —The address provided is accurate and within our South Florida service area.
We reserve the right to decline service at a location that does not meet reasonable safety or cleanliness standards, in which case the deposit may be forfeited.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any service at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, disrespectful or threatening behavior, or a location outside our service area. In such cases, any deposit paid may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
7. Satisfaction & Service Quality
We take pride in our craft and stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know at the time of the appointment or within 24 hours so we can make it right. We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will work with you to address any reasonable concern.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Barber At Your Door shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logo, and design — is the property of Barber At Your Door and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
