Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. This policy is designed to be fair to both you and our barber, who reserves time exclusively for your appointment and travels to your location. Please read the following carefully before booking.

1. Deposit Requirement

A 25% deposit is required to confirm every appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service. It is collected to protect our barber's time and cover travel costs associated with your booking.

2. Cancellations with Adequate Notice

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with at least 4 hours' notice are eligible for:

  • A full refund of your deposit to the original payment method, or
  • A free reschedule with the deposit applied to your new appointment date.

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time are considered late cancellations. In this case:

  • Your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
  • You are welcome to reschedule, but a new deposit will be required to confirm the new appointment.

We understand emergencies happen. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please reach out directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. No-Shows

A no-show occurs when you are not present or do not respond at the time of your scheduled appointment after our barber has arrived at your location. In the event of a no-show:

  • Your deposit is forfeited and non-refundable.
  • A full service charge may be applied to cover travel time and lost appointment time.
  • Future bookings may require full payment in advance at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling

Need to move your appointment to a different date or time? No problem — life happens.

  • Rescheduling with at least 4 hours' notice is free. Your deposit carries over to the new appointment.
  • Rescheduling with less than 4 hours' notice follows the late cancellation policy — the current deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required.
  • We allow up to one free reschedule per booking. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit at our discretion.

6. Cancellations by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or conditions outside our control (e.g., severe weather). If we cancel your appointment:

  • You will receive a full refund of your deposit, or
  • Priority rescheduling at no additional charge.

We will notify you as early as possible and work to make the situation right.
